Other facts you may wish to include:: I was driving down town when I caught up with a friend who was very thankful from our last time we saw each other, he was in trouble at the time and helped him by stepping into a bad situation that could have gotten worse had I not taken a little psychology it has played a big part in all my situations in life. anyways he was so happy to get my help that he offered his services any time I might feel the need for someone in his qualification ....

Well at the time I had been looking for someone to do a little observations fore me ... at the time I was living down on the river road where there was allot of spots to park and stay the night... at the time the last several nights I have been hearing someone outside my van sneaking around so I wanted to drop someone at the beginning of the road and I would drive down further and park and maybe if there was a car parked there the person could write the license # down and give to me so I could trace down the person and see who and what they wanted????? he agreed to the task and got out at the beginning of the no outlet road ... as I drove down the road I didn't observe anyone but was kind of thinking they may show after I parked ...

After about 10 minutes I got out to look down the road and see if he was ok as I approached the road I could start to make him out he was close as he got closer he started to look and act very disturbed and shaken over something ...

I asked if he was alright and he started to ask me who are you my god man he said I'm freaking out I hate to say as bad as he was shaken he was not only going to fill my ears with a very scary story and I don't think there will be any tall tale to it so as he began to calm I asked what had happened to him and he said nothing thank god then he let this big sigh of calmness and began the story

He said as he was walking down the rode he began to see a car with 3 guys standing there he said they weren't really looking at me but knew he was coming down the road . I interrupted him and stated I never observed any black car when I went down the road he broke in with "now that makes sense ... " I asked him what he meant by that..

He said listen and I'll tell you.  So he tells me as he was walking down the road he gets closer he said they weren't talking just standing he said by the time he got there he was to afraid to get the license plate he said they were all dressed in black even the car was black as he was walking by them when one of the guys piped out hey how you doing tonight ???

He thought for a sec. and replied ok thanks and turned back towards the van secs later they asked him if he would like a beer and he started to turn he said and he gasped "oh my God (RoCket) the car, the guys GONE!  Man" he said "who the hell are you ???????"
