Halloween means All Hallows Eve. This modern tradition dates back to before
recorded history. Dressing up in ghoulish costumes was thought to be an
affective way to scare away monsters. Extraterrestrials, or 'aliens' bare a
remarkable resemblance to the gremlins, ghosts and goblins of yesterday. Perhaps
they are the ones who are really masquerading. Much of the
phenomenon that we associate with UFOs bears a striking resemblance to ghoulish activity.
