The image in and of itself may not be anything worth noting, but combined with the other bizarre alien anomalies on the Red planet, the correlation becomes clear.  These Martian out posts may not have any relation to our own engineering and scientific achievements of earth.  These anomalies represent an intelligence that is not only alien, it is also a culture that appears to be highly advanced.  Here is the source for that image...
