"PUSHING THE ENVELOPE:" Image enhancements, page 2

PS0006  I took the image from the previous page and blew it up to a factor of 200% units.  I smoothed out the background by reducing the noise by a ratio of 3 (pixels w by x)  This produced the images that you see here

The two images (above and left) are of the same object.  They were enhanced by inverting the colors on the image while reducing the background noise.  This gave the object greater detail.  Although the object appears to be a sphere, or orb in these images, other enhancements that I have done suggests that it is the classic mars ufo shape, a disc with flared wings at each side of the object. This is the third image in this series of enhancements.  I began with the image on the previous page.  I did a gamma correction @235, but I was unhappy with that so I settled on a factor of 170.  This smoothed the background and brought the image out with greater detail.  We then sharpened the image by a factor of 915 and finally inverted the colors.  The resulting image was embossed at a northerly direction to a factor of 500.  The resulting image you see at the left.
